Prof. Ajmol Ali, Ph.D (Professor of Exercise Science. School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition. Massey University, New Zealand)

Ajmol completed his studies at Loughborough University (UK), under the tutelage of Prof Clyde Williams, and graduated with a PhD in 2002. Ajmol started at Massey University in 2003 and is currently Associate Professor in the School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition at the Albany (Auckland) Campus. Ajmol was instrumental in setting up the Sport and Exercise Science Laboratory at Auckland, supervises a number of PhD and MSc students and is also involved in various promotional and consultancy initiatives on behalf of the School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition and Massey University. Ajmol is the International Director for College of Health. He is also a former deputy chair of the Massey University Human Ethics Committee, director of the Centre for Metabolic Health Research and director of Beverage Lab.

Asst. Prof. Wanalee Klomjai, Ph.D (Faculty of Physical Therapy. Mahidol University, Thailand).

Wanalee Klomjai is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Physical therapy, Mahidol University, Thailand. She received a Bachelor of science (Physiotherapy) from Mahidol University in 2008. After that, she went to France to continue her postgraduate studies. She received a Master of science, major in Re-education, Re-adaptation and Rehabilitation from Sorbonne University (University of Pierre and Marie Curie -Paris 6), Paris. During 2011-2014, she got a Franco-Thai scholarship for her Ph.D study in Neuroscience at Sorbonne University (University of Pierre and Marie Curie -Paris 6), Paris, under supervision of Dr. Rose KATZ, MD at the Neural Plasticity and Connectivity Lab, a lab unit of the Biomedical Imaging Lab, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital, Paris. After finishing her study, she came back to Thailand to work as a lecturer at the Faculty of Physical therapy, Mahidol University. Beside her teaching, she also works as a physiotherapist at the acute stroke unit, Siriraj hospital, Bangkok. She continues to do research in the neurophysiological domain, and focuses on brain stimulation and rehabilitation programs to help motor recovery in stroke patients. She always collaborates with the French research team at the lab where she did her thesis. During 2020-2021, she received a scholarship from the Franco-Thai Mobility Program/PHC Siam to strengthen her collaboration. This program allows her and her postgraduate students to join the lab activities in France.

Prof. Nur Ikhwan bin Mohamad, Ph.D (Professor of Strength and Conditioning. Faculty of Sport Science and Coaching. Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Malaysia)

A lecturer from the Faculty of Sport Science and Coaching, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Tanjung Malim, Perak, Malaysia. Specializes in Sports Science (Strength & Conditioning). His latest publication is Monitoring Training Load on Malaysian Rugby 15s Players (2022). He has also awarded as Best Paper on GREEN ADVANCED COMPUTING AND TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH GROUP 2019.

Assoc. Prof. Stephen Francis Burns (Professor of Exercise Science. Physical Education & Sports Science Academic Group. Nanyang Technological University, Singapore)

Dr Stephen Burns holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology from Loughborough University in the UK. He taught and researched at the University of Texas at El Paso in the US for one year before going on to complete postdoctoral studies in childhood obesity and insulin resistance at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He joined the National Institute of Education in July 2009. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. He serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Exercise Science & Fitness; as a member of the Editorial Board for the International Journal of Obesity and the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism; and as a Review Editor for Frontiers in Nutrition, and for Frontiers in Sports and Active Living.

Assoc. Prof. Garry Kuan, Ph.D (The Exercise and Sports Science Programme. School of Health Sciences. Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia.)

Associate Professor Dr Garry Kuan is a lecturer at the Exercise and Sports Science Programme, School of Health Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. He is also a research fellow at the Department of Life Sciences, Brunel University London, United Kingdom. Presently, Dr Garry is the Secretary-General of the Asian-South Pacific Association of Sport Psychology (ASPASP), the Secretary-General of the Malaysian Sport Psychology Association (MASPA), executive board member of the Asian Council of Sports Science (ACESS), and the scientific committee of World Exercise Medicine (WCEM). In 2019, Dr Garry was appointed as the Chair of the International Network of the Young Scientist Network – Academy of Science Malaysia (YSN-ASM) and the Sport Psychology Panelist for the National Coaching Academy of Malaysia.

Arianna Maever L Amit, MAS (National Institutes of Health, University of the Philippines Manila, and School of Medicine and Public Health, Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines.)

Arianna is a researcher working in the fields of epidemiology, health systems research, nutrition, communicable and noncommunicable diseases, and evidence synthesis. She is currently involved in various projects on COVID-19 in the Philippines and in the Southeast Asia region. She obtained her Master of Applied Science in Spatial Analysis for Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is also a masters candidate in epidemiology at the University of the Philippines Manila.
